FLORENCE AND TUSCANY
Gallery Sixteen
We drove from Germany to Tuscany. The journey passes through
Southern Tyrolia and we took time for a short stop in the town of Brixen before
reaching Lago di Garda where we spent the first night. The second day we
arrived in Florence early and spent the day wandering around the city of
Florence, in the rain. Boy did it rain! Even with wet feet there is no
denying the beauty of Florence. It is filled with famous cathedrals and
statues as well as narrow little streets filled with restaurants, stores
and people in love. There are far too many sights for us to display them
all for you. In addition, there are so many people gathered everywhere.
It is impossible to get a clear shot of anything famous. So we have tried
to present the essence and feeling of Florence and other cities in Tuscany
for you.
